1. A customer can't claim a refund after the commission has been started unless the order is beeing made since 6 months.

2. The customer pays after the first wip.

3. My usual turn around time is 2 months but the order may take longer - I will keep you informed on process of making. Sometimes responding to e-mails can take me couple days!

4. I may refuse to do a commission without giving any reason.

5. I may refuse to continue order (with a refund).

6. I do not correct things that could be improved in the previous wip's of the drawing unless client pays for it.

7. The change of character can take place only when:a) I haven't started work
b) the drawing is in the sketch or colouring phase (cost depends on the stage of drawing)

8. Change of position, arrangement after acceptance of the sketch is additionally charged.

9. If the drawing is for a specific date inform me about it. I may charge extra for quick turn around time.

10. By this I inform you that all my artworks made for order can be used in my merch/ promotion. If you don't agree on that please messege me first and we will discuss it.

11. You can print, use my artwork in your private projects as long as you properly credit me and don't make profit out of it (If you want to use it as merch please get in touch with me)
